1. General Overview

1. Campaign Period
   • The Whole Campaign starts on 15/11/2024 and ends on 15/05/2025. IPMB reserves the right to extend or shorten the Campaign period at its sole discretion.
     
     
2. Participation Requirements
   • Participants must complete specified actions such as following IPMB’s official social media channels, joining the community, and/or other designated actions.
   • Each action must be completed truthfully, and participants must not use bots or any automated means of participation.
     
     
3. Reward Distribution
   • The total reward pool for this Campaign is 1000 GPRO Tokens, backed by 1 kilo of Gold, which will be distributed among eligible participants at IPMB’s discretion.
   • Rewards are limited and will be distributed as determined by IPMB.
   • All rewards are final, and the reward points are non-transferable. IPMB reserves the right to modify the reward allocation or the reward amount at any time.
   • Certain rewards may include lockup periods, which will be specified at the time of distribution.
   • Participants are solely responsible for any tax liabilities or obligations arising from the rewards they receive. Participants are advised to consult a qualified tax professional for guidance on their specific circumstances.
     
     
4. Reward Collection and KYC Requirement
   • Rewards will be distributed to participants’ specified wallet addresses within 2 months after the Campaign ends. Participants must ensure they provide accurate wallet details.
   • To claim rewards, participants must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process on the IPMB Console to confirm their identity. Failure to complete KYC or failure to pass the KYC verification will result in disqualification from the reward distribution.
   • IPMB is not responsible for rewards lost due to inaccurate wallet information or participants’ failure to claim their rewards within the given timeframe.
   • KYC Process Steps:
     • Submission of a government-issued ID and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
     • Verification of wallet address linked to the participant’s account.
     • KYC approval within 10 business days, pending compliance review.
   • IPMB enforces strict compliance with the EU’s 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive (5AMLD) and other international AML/CFT standards.
     
     
5. Prohibited Conduct and Disqualification
   • Participants must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, using multiple accounts, creating fake identities, or engaging in manipulation.
   • IPMB has a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to, racism, sexism, harassment, and abusive language. Any participant found engaging in such behaviour will be immediately disqualified from the Campaign and may be banned from future IPMB events.
   • IPMB reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
     
     
6. Changes to the Campaign
   • IPMB reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, or modify these terms at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
     
     
7. Limitation of Liability
   • IPMB and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the Campaign, including but not limited to technical issues, delays, errors, or unauthorised access to participant information.
     
     
8. Governing Law and Disputes
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from or related to the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Czech Republic.

   • By participating, you agree to IPMB’s Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Participation may require you to provide personal data such as email addresses or wallet addresses.
