Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO) to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the gold, digital gold, and tokenization industries. The DCOO will play a key role in overseeing research, content development, and marketing operations while supporting the COO and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Content Development:
- Produce in-depth research reports and educational materials on topics related to gold, digital gold, tokenization, and macroeconomic trends.
- Create engaging and insightful content to educate audiences and promote the company’s products and services.
Marketing & Promotional Operations:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Support promotional campaigns that highlight the company’s leadership in the gold and tokenization sectors.
Collaboration & Team Support:
- Provide direct support to the COO in executing operational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Undertake additional supportive tasks to assist the COO and team as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience in content creation, research, or marketing, preferably within the finance, gold, or blockchain industries.
- Strong understanding of tokenization, digital gold, and macroeconomic concepts.
Skills:
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex topics and present them clearly.
- Marketing and promotional strategy development experience is a plus.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
